Work­shops

Work­shop tick­ets and vouch­ers are non-refund­able and book­ings can­not be changed. This does not affect your statu­to­ry rights regard­ing dis­tance- and online-sell­ing reg­u­la­tions, which allows you to can­cel your order with­in 14 days. Out Of Stock and ‘Pre-Order’ Products

We can­not guar­an­tee your exact item will be in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will noti­fy you by e‑mail or by phone. You will always be noti­fied with the option to can­cel your order if you would rather not wait for stock to be replenished.

If an item is show­ing as a ‘Pre-Order’ this means that you can order now but we will ship it when the stock arrives. Wher­ev­er pos­si­ble we will indi­cate in the prod­uct descrip­tion when stock is antic­i­pat­ed to arrive.

If you order oth­er items as well as a Pre-Order item in one order, we reserve the right to ship the entire order when the Pre-Order stock arrives.
