Creative Wellness Retreat with Sai

I am thrilled to share that the Cre­ative Art Retreat held at Erth Retreat in Corn­wall this July was a resound­ing suc­cess! Blessed with fan­tas­tic weath­er, the beau­ti­ful Cor­nish coun­try­side pro­vid­ed the per­fect back­drop for our week of cre­ativ­i­ty, relax­ation, and con­nec­tion. Par­tic­i­pants absolute­ly loved div­ing into their art, inspired by the stun­ning sur­round­ings and guid­ed by me. The atmos­phere was filled with enthu­si­asm and pos­i­tive ener­gy, and it was incred­i­ble to see everyone’s cre­ativ­i­ty blossom!

The expe­ri­ence wasn’t just about art—every meal was a high­light! A spe­cial shout-out to chef Mark Far­ley (Culi­nary Affair) for his incred­i­ble culi­nary skills, which kept every­one nour­ished and delight­ed through­out the retreat. The food was excep­tion­al, adding an extra lay­er of com­fort and enjoy­ment to our days.

I want to extend a huge thank you to our won­der­ful hosts at Erth retreat, Pol­ly Moore & Shaun Tre­loar, who made us feel so wel­come and ensured every­thing ran smooth­ly. Their hos­pi­tal­i­ty, warmth, and atten­tion to detail made this retreat tru­ly unfor­get­table. We couldn’t have asked for a bet­ter expe­ri­ence, and we’re already look­ing for­ward to next year’s retreat! Thank you to all who participated—you made this event some­thing tru­ly special.
