Event and Corporate Calligraphy
In-store calligraphy events are a great way to connect with customers and offer a unique personal touch that creates a lasting positive impact.
I have worked with various luxury brands, creative agencies and individuals, both behind the scenes as well as for live events. Some of my recent clients include Louis Vuitton, Vacheron Constantin, JW Anderson, Audemars Piguet; Pierre Herme; Holmes Production and Paul Smith to name a few.

Place cards – from £1.00 – £2.00
Calligraphy on invitations – Starting from £1.00 per guest name
Envelope addressing – Prices range from £3.50 – 5.00*
Standard size envelope — £3.50 — £4.50
White, Ivory or Cream envelope with black ink – £3.50
Dark envelope with white ink — £4.00
Coloured envelope with coloured/ metallic ink — £4.50
(Please note: A Standard envelope usually includes 4 lines – Recipients name; Street address; City/ County and Post code)
Centered addressing £1.00 extra per envelope
Return address on Back flap — £2.50
Designing a hand-lettered return address stamp – Prices start from £70.00
(We recommend creating a hand-lettered stamp as a cost effective alternative to writing each return address)

How to Order
- Please get in touch with your requirement for a no-obligation quote and to discuss various options. This service is free!
- Refer to our style sheet to choose your options.
- I will send you sample test pieces for approval via email
- If you wish to go ahead with the order a 40% deposit is required in order to proceed with the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- You will send your exact requirements, such as guest names, addresses etc in a word or excel file. Please allow plenty of time before your event (ideally 2–3 weeks.
- If you require projects to be done at short notice, please do get in touch and it can be arranged depending on my schedule. Please note that for projects with a tight deadline an additional fee may be charged.
Postage and Packing
The prices listed here do not include postage and packing. All orders will be carefully packed and sent by Royal Mail Signed for service. Postage costs ranges from 7.95 – 22.50) depending on the size and weight of the final package
